How to make booking?
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
1. Credit Card - We accept Master and Visa Card.
First: Choose your preferred package and tell us via the contact form.

Details of your booking
Second: We reserve your package & ask for your deposit payment
Third: Email to us your card details. (Type of credit card i.e Master or Visa, credit card number -16 digits, Expiry Date, Name on credit card)
Fourth: We charge for deposit payment (50%) from your credit card.
Fifth: Your booking is confirmed (upon receiving your deposit payment)
Please take note, we charge extra 3% for credit card surcharge.
2. Bank Transfer from oversea

Second: We reserve your package & ask for your deposit payment

Terms & Conditions
1. Booking
Please pay 50% deposit to secure your package. And please pay the remaining balance, 14 days before check in date (We send the payment advice to confirm receiving your payment)
2. Amend Your Booking
You can amend your booking 14 days before the check in date with no forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Travel Requirements
It is your responsibility to obtain a visa (where required). Please ensure you have a valid passport for the duration of your trip.
4. Force Majeure
Neither Justexplore Travel nor the supplier shall be liable for damages of any kind arising out of changes to the rates, route, timetable, itinerary in respect of the product or service due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Liability
The company shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal accidents, delays irregularities or the occurrence beyond our control.
6. Possible Changes
It is possible that due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances that itinerary or routings could be changed. The company will substitute arrangements of the similar standard, should it occur. However no refunds will be available.
7. Package Excludes
They are excess baggage charges, baggage insurance, beverages, gratuities to drivers and escorts and all other items of a personal nature; and optional tours. Tips for driver and guide (at your discretion). Admission fees are excluded unless otherwise stated.
8. Pricing & Service Charges
All rates hotels, transfers and package rates stated in the website is subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax unless specifically mentioned that the price is nett.
Justexplore Travel has the right to make changes to their pricing without prior notice.
9. Cancellation Policy
14 days or more before check in date/commencement of tour date(50% of package cost)
13 days or less before check in date/commencement of tour date(70% of package cost)
After check in date/commencement of tour date (100% of package cost)
10. Refunds Policy
There would be no refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any tours, transfer, accommodation, meals or any other services provided not utilized.
Should there be any refunds, it will not cover foreign exchange rate differences, bank charges for refund and the credit card charge incurred.
Justexplore Travel merely acts as a platform of products and services for the suppliers and shall not be responsible nor liable for overbooking, misinformation or mishandling of any reservation or booking by the suppliers.
Any other dissatisfaction or complaint of the member relating to the quality of the products or services provided by the supplier or otherwise howsoever, any damage or loss to your personal property or personal injury howsoever sustained or caused.
In the event of mishandling, misinformation or overbooking by a supplier, or any other dissatisfaction or complaint aforesaid, the member should take up the matter directly with the supplier who is under an obligation to deal with such matters in accordance
